    Get the JP version of each and you can figure this out without debate. JP characters tend to have standardized pronunciation, so there's little ambiguity.

    Since theres no "U"s in Thundaga and Firaga.... im going with "Thun-Da-ga" and i pronounce Firaga as "Fi-Aga" even though i know its wrong.

    So-Jah
    Ar-rah-Pay-go, is how i say it, probably wrong too

    Well, if you want to use the Japanese spellings of them as a guide (which is more specific, because Japanese spells everything phonetically):

    Thundaga = サンダガ = san-da-ga (there's no "th" sound in Japanese, "s" is the closest)
    Firaga = ファイガ = fai-ga (this is a little weird, but Fire in Japanese is "fai-a")
    Stonega = ストンガ = ston-ga

    Pso'Xja = ソ・ジヤ = so-jiya
    Arrapago Reef = アラパゴ暗礁域 = ah-ra-pa-go

    Won't help you with where the emphasis is though.

    If anyone wants me to pull out other japanese spellings and english-ize them, let me know.

    I pronounce Oztroja as though it were spoken in Spanish. oze-TRO-hah, with a slight roll of the r.

    I've always thought of some zones as having a particular lingual base. Like Konschtat Highlands was German based, Chateau d'Oraguile was (duh) French, etc. And I've always pronounced certain zones as though I were speaking the language that their names derived from. I'm certain it wasn't intended that way, but a lot of zones have an alignment of some sort, at least to me.

    My friend pronounced Ose "osie", pronouncing the E. I always thought that was strange, as it's always just been "oze" to me.

    As for the OP's examples, thunDAga, fiRAGa, STONEga, So-eh-zha (I say it weird, I know.) Arrapago is one of the ones that I say differently depending on how the mood strikes me. It goes both ways.

    Well, the ninja spell is "Suiton", but the "suton" that I wrote above (which I've now replaced to be more accurate) is just a bit of an oddity of Japanese spelling. Almost all of their syllables consist of a consonant followed by a vowel, or just a vowel (with the special exception of "n"). That is, there's no way to say "ston", it has to be split into 3 syllables. Su-to-n. In cases like this, where you have to put in an extra vowel out of necessity, they typically use the consonant followed by a "u", because that's generally the "quietest" vowel, it fades out easily. Say "suton" somewhat quickly, and don't put any emphasis on the "u", and it's quite close to "ston".

    Since it got brought into the discussion, Castle Oztroja in Japanese is オズトロヤ城 - oh-zu-to-ro-ya. Pronounced something like "Ohztrohya".

    Auto-Translator: In-Depth - BGWiki

    This is an auto-trans guide my wife wrote, but it does have all of the japanese translations like have been posted here already. While we all do have our own way of saying some zones, this does break it down pretty well. Obviously without the emphasis, but strange zone names like Pso'Xja or Oztroja can be cleared up
