I'm not sure how I'd phrase "Ask us!" since all the Spanish advertisements I've ever seen say "Llamanos para participar!" (Call us to participate!) or "Vete a www.insertgenericwebsite.com para participar/ganar/inscribirte!" (Go go www.insertgenericwebsite.com to participate/win/sign up!).

Depends on how technical you want to be with the translation. Personally, "Quieres ganar un Playstation 3 o un Wii? Preguntenos!" Sounds the most correct in my head -- although the tense of the verb "Querer" is technically in the wrong tense in a direct translation; however, I don't think it matters in this case.

Note: My accents on "Preguntenos" aren't there (always forget how to type them on keyboards), make sure you double check them.

Spelling may be a little off but thats it. Last part is "ask us how/here"

Use mine lol, well can say 'Pregúntenos cómo! instead Pregúntanos, although i like more how pregúntanos sound, also everyone is forgetting in spanish we use ¿? ¡! to open and close questions/exclamations, and that we use "´".

And it would also depend on which is the intended target. The formal form which most people are suggesting here is appropiate for a latino american, but in many contexts it will sound funny to people from Spain.

its formalish, as its in a business, but not overly, we have a huge spanish crowd here but almost none of us speak spanish so i dont know how the signs are gonna help

Then go with: ¿Quisiera usted ganar un Playstation 3 o un Wii? ¡Pregúntenos cómo ahora!

edit: usted conveys the formalism you're looking for, and the second question is practically a literal translation. Ahora means now, you don't need it since it wasn't in your original statement, but pregúntenos cómo seems incomplete to me.
