Did I miss something?

Ok, so based on a chigoe someone had posted here, dark-elemental-killers post#2672192, I decided to make my own chigoe to eat through the champs on my server.
I went with:
Attack Speed Bonus (Innate)
Wind Attack Bonus
Job Trait: Thief (Went with this over Evasion Bonus for more feral points and thf gets eva bonus 3 which I thought would be better)
Instant Blink
Instant Stoneskin
Instant Shell (In hopes of surviving nukes)

and I had intended to add Instant Phalanx but I get the message "cannot add any more feral skills....."
Is there a limit on the number of buffs I can add?
I have 75/100 fp used and phalanx is only 23.

Anyone have any suggestions on tweaks, swaps, or additional plates I should add?
Also wind attack bonus = en-wind right?

You can only add 5 feral skills (excluding innates which you can have up to 2). Wind attack bonus is not en-wind. You need plates that say "Additional <element> damage".

All of this is completely true. 5 is the cap on extra, non-innates so you have to plan carefully.

I am so glad I asked that, I didn't see it proc'ing, but I figured it was just not noticeable. I will have to work on that en-wind now lol.
