I was not in a LS with him on Hades so can't say much for that except he was kinda a joke with the lses I was in. I will see if I can get others to post experiences.

I was in a LS with Starr long time ago back on Hades. I never had any issues with him. He always seemed like a nice guy. Never came off as anything but nice back then. I dunno if he has changed or anything. I personally don't know why he gets crap talked about him a lot on the forums (meaning I don't really read posts from beginning to end). As for play skill, this was 3+ years ago and I don't really remember much.

I don't know, Starr seems like a pretty cool guy. I mean I've read his posts. There's always an astounding amount of logic that follows everything he says. For example:

I can't agree, the only times I have seen someone tank on SAM/WAR it was really impressive (not talking Tiamat here I can't see how that's plausable really) as far as damage taken and hate held goes. I have done Mamool Ja Staging Point north camp with a SAM/WAR voking and tanking mobs the whole way through including Skoffins etc with only a RDM as healing for example, it didn't need 3 WHMs spamming cure at all.

There's also all of the pages that get deleted. Like a couple of days ago when he was saying that his intelligence and educational credentials would be tough to surpass. Like...really. RL education/intelligence card is as fail as it gets on das internetz.

He reminds me a lot of me sometimes (when I still played). The elitest asshole that you couldn't stand, but damn it, they were good at what they did. If only they could stfu...
