I was up all this morning retrying this boss, he is ridiculously hard, he has 5 turns, a shit load of HP, kills most of your party members in one turn. I had to solo him with Tatsuya because he is built like a fucking Paladin but attacks like a Warrior.

Also the boss from the true ending in Persona 4 was just as much a bitch, relied on a lot of luck on your part if you weren't at a high level with the best Persona.

haven't actually fought him and probably never will, but that just goes to show how horrifying this guy is... he is legendary among SMT fans. requires insane amounts of grinding and even then, if you're not lucky, he can kill you no matter what you do, or how strong you are. on top of that, he has one move that will instant-kill your entire party and the only way to avoid it is to hope to god you get hit by a sleep-inducing spell and it succeeds AND you stay asleep through the next round (there's a skill that nulls all attacks if you are asleep).

I remember the final boss from M&L: PiT was pretty ridiculous. There was a long chain of 5-6 fights/forms with no rest in-between. The sheer amount of time coupled with the need to be somewhat focused and presise to get good item effects made the whole thing pretty awful and harder than it should have been. I was realllllly glad when it was over and would never do it again.

i remember grinding up to lv.89 before I was able to kill ozma. and then all it dropped was a dumb card. i don't know if it was the most frustrating fight i've ever done, but it was def the most anticlimatic.

I kinda wanted to keep it canon only because, really any side boss can be the hardest. Just look at the Hitoshura boss fight from Digital Devil Saga, it was over 9000 times harder than Elizabeth was for me.

I'm not too surprised they wanted to make their precious main character from SMT III the strongest.

Also while I am at it: LUCIFER from SMT III. Good god this fight was so intense and scary. If you don't have Pierce on your main characters or any of your demons, you do not stand a chance.

YouTube - X-Men Children of the Atom - (Vs Magneto 1) MAME

Magneto was such a bastard in Children of the Atom. His super gauge filled over time, all of his specials had 0 recovery frames, Magnetic Shock Wave could K.O. you if it connected, Magnetic Tempest could whittle down half your life with block damage and his hyper grab was unblockable. If he wasn't raping you consistently enough, Magneto would usually fly up to a corner and spam projectiles (with 0 recovery mind you) killing you with chip damage or lob pieces of the stage at you. The only advantage you'd have is depending on what character you were using. I think Psylocke was the easiest and Colossus or Cyclops were the hardest to beat Magneto with.
