Accuracy cap on sushi?

I notice on wiki some of the rarely used sushi's have caps, like tentacle sushi, or ikra gunkan. Are sole/squid/tuna/dorado/bream etc all really uncapped? I use bream sushi sometimes for solo when it's cheap, and I always seem to be less accurate with it as opposed to sole/squid, even thou it has +16% accuracy as opposed to the 15% of the latter, thou of coarse this could just be bad luck.

Someone did a bit of testing a while back which seemed to show that sushi gave him +50-60ish accuracy meaning it was either uncapped or very high cap. Don't remember which type he used though.

I'm under impression that your acc from combat skill, stats, and gear is 'level corrected' (its value getting smaller and smaller as you fight higher level monster), while the acc+ from sushi doesn't get level correction.

I think a majority of the stats for foods were revealed by SE to the Japanese player base via information packets that were circulated either at conventions or via gaming magazines. Some of the stats like the double attack+ on tentacle sushi, resist effects, and evasion+ in general would otherwise be too minute to calculate readily.

The supposed caps on accuracy for the less common grades of sushi I believe were noted in these distributed materials. I don't have any hard links to the posts or articles which state this but I'm pretty sure that this is the case.

My test is posted on my usertalk page if you want to see, but in summary I found that Sole Sushi is able to give the equivalent of 53acc and Bream 55acc based on what I was working with.

I don't know at what point they cap, but I mostly did the test because I'd hear some people say they cap in the upper 30s or low 40s without having seen any tests regarding it.
