On Siren, since the update, Bastok and Windy have been getting hammered 24/7. Bastok is under attack constantly, 2-3 waves at a time, with battles lasting up to damn near 2 hours. The weak NPCs are the ones who are in decent spots, but all the NPCs worth a damn are poorly placed and just stand around while everyone dies. It makes travel on jobs that are not BLM or WHM extremely hard. You can't hope to fight because if you hit one mob, you get attacked by the entire wave. And it makes me sick people just hide behind things and /BRD. We all know this "Expansion" was pretty much fail, but I never thought it would get this bad. What are things like on other servers?

Bismarck:
Windy: Was getting dominated just like the other three nations for a while. In the last ten days or so, The Meriphataud Mountains, Fort Karugo Narugo, West Sarutabaruta and The Sauromugue Champlain were all retaken by Windurst and fully fortified and supplied.
Bastok: Manages to take a territory or two every now and then but loses it quickly.
San D'Oria: Manages to take a territory or two every now and then but loses it quickly.

Bahamut-

Windurst has been defending as a city since West Sarutabaruta was lost 1 week after the update. It was the last area we owned. Campaign waves happen very frequently. One can last 1-2hrs and end, and another will start up 2min later.

Bastok pretty much held Grauberg and North Gustaberg til just last week. Now Bastok is defending as a city.

San d'Oria is pretty much like every server. Takes some and loses some, but never "lose all".

Bastok - been lost for ages and most in my LS switched nations as were pissed at continually missing Sandworm/ixion fights cause they couldn't Warp out lol..

Windy - Been holding on to two zones every week and not yet fallen.

Sandy - Same as Windy altho they did come close this week but a last minute save of Jugner kept Sandy safe this week.

Ragnarok-

Windurst is the dominant power in the Allies, having taken 4 zones. Bastok and San d'Oria both hanging on by their fingernails to their home cities alone, but neither have fallen to the beastmen.

Which surprised me. I expected more considering San d'Orian units are some of the most durable fighters in Campaign...but the orcs are matching them anywhere but the city itself.

It's been like this since the update pretty much, and we're lucky if a nation owns more than their home town. Waves have been random in armies. I'm guessing they will change it in the next version update, as well as do something about the people who sit around spamming brd spells for exp.

On Pandy, Windy always has one zone besides city (it's been rotating between saruta, fort k-n, and meriph mountains), sandy and bastok have city only

It's really not hard to take an area if you want it imo, but it's hard to hold it when it's your only area. Imagine city campaign, but in a different zone, and that's what meriph is like on pandy atm. When the beastmen only have one zone to attack, you get the constant campaign thing. I'd say taking a third area (city + 2 areas) is harder than just getting out of the cities.

So did any nation lose its home? I guess that's as rare as losing the outlying newbie zone to Beastmen in the present, but since that's happened before...

Whenever someone shouts to spam the Strategy NPC on Midgar, most of the populace shouts back that they do not want to leave cities.

Windy aims to be the next dominate nation if Sandy loses Jugner and Vunkerl this week. We took back merip mount. and have huge influence in west saru(finally).
