Alright It's not about keylogging passwords, but more of a personal matter. It sounds crazy but I need to put a keylogging software into my OWN computer. Long story short, while I'm away or not home I believe my girlfriend is signing onto her user name on AIM and talks with a few guys behind my back possibly cheating.

A few clues that told me this was a)I saw her get into another guy's car when she told me she was going to the doctor's by herself(haven't said anything to her about that) and b)I asked if i can check out her buddy list on AIM and she basically flipped out and would do anything to NOT give that up even in these circumstances..She also told me she canceled her facebook long ago and I now found out through someone else that she's been using and doing god knows what. Another suspicion is I've checked the history on my mozilla but it's DELETED every single time I come home..

Any tech savvy's out here that can possibly tell me a way i can check her AIM convos in my computer with or without a keylogging software? I actually started to lose my sanity over this and looked at some programs such as REFOG, but not sure if they're legit or scams.

Don't be a jerk, just talk to her. If you can't do that and there is no trust left between you, then it is already over should she be cheating or not.

Depending on how much she knows about computers you really don't even need to go that far, there are simpler options that use software probably already available on the computer.



So yes, it is possible but I must agree with the others above, no trust = no relationship. Going behind her back when you think she's going behind yours is just a nice spiral into crap, regardless of whether or not what you learn points in the direction you believe it to be.

Once you start accusing her of possibly cheating, she might as well. You are probably already treating her like she was. If my girlfriend treated me like I was a cheater, shoot, I might as well do the crime if I'm getting punished for it. With both of us being bisexual, our relationship simply wouldn't work if we didn't trust each other. Otherwise, we'd constantly be accusing each other of sleeping with ANYONE we talk to.

Really, though, you should talk to her. And she might be talking to GUY friends. Me and my girlfriend both have guy and girl friends and we're both whorrible (Spelling is Correct, trust me) flirts. But, I'm the one she wants to be *with* and vice versa. If you don't have that with your girl, then you just haven't found the right one.

Besides, if you do keylog her and find out she's been a good girl, you should feel really guilty. If she finds out, she should leave you because obviously you have really bad trust issues that would cripple any relationship.

However, if she turns out to be a whore, make sure it's not your fault. It's important to not be a douche about being jealous. You have to be calm, and realisitic. "Honey, I can't help it, some of the things you do make me a little jealous." This is a polite way of reminding her that she could break your heart.

Whatever you do, don't say cliche bullshit like "It's not you I don't trust it's those people who are interested in you." Seriously, women can see right through this. This implies that not only do you not trust her own judgment, you are accusing of her befriending what you would deem as obvious potential rapists. Because seriously, do you think they are going to rape her? No, you don't. You just don't trust her to say "no" if they are just way sexier than you!

Also, you can google "free keylogger". Some are shareware, some you have to buy, and some are really free. I'd like to assume you knew this and you just wanted BG to know you're being a douche.

Well I appreciate the responses however, after talking with her about it she said the guy she got in the car with was a friend from her school. I asked one of her friends she rarely speaks with and she told me that guy does not drive the car I saw..~.~ It's just for me to check her convo's while I'm not home and if they seem to be legit for a single week I'd honestly stop and never go back to it again.

Spy Lantern Keylogger or Relytec Keylogger. I think both are used commercially. If you use them, it's tactful to post any offensive logs here on BG for us to see.

Found one that works pretty well, and has a trial for 7 days which is all I need so I don't have to purchase this thing. It even sends the logs to my email or uploads to an FTP server. Would be nice if i somehow caught a certain "Meeting" and own both of them.
