Graphic Card problem.

I have a Radeon HD 3400 series video card and would like to know what settings are best to play FF in. I kinda adjusted the registry some googling around trying to make it better and now it won't really play with some "failed to initialize direct 3D error". So I'm here in my registry right now at

What do I adjust for best results and to be able to play FF?

What resolution does your monitor support? The numbers you have there are way off from something normal.

Change 0001 to 5A0
Change 0002 to 384
Change 0003 to B40
Change 0004 to 708

That's all in hexidecimal which is the default when you change any of the registry keys

Should have (1440), (900), (2880), and (1800) in parenthesis

the chat thing is smaller and so is a lot of captions but the character and background look way better!

If you're running it full screen you can slack on the resolution a bit to make the chat window and things larger, but if you're running windowed you'd either have to lower the desktop resolution or live with things smaller.

will it look as great as it did though if i even try to adjust the chat log?
cause everything looks amazing just wish chat log was bigger along with menu and all

It's a trade off, you could try something like the below and see if it works for you:

0001 -> 480
0002 -> 2D0
0003 -> 900
0004 -> 5A0

I got a "Failed to initialize Direct3D" error when I tried that one :/

Ok, maybe this one will work for you. Technically that other one is the right aspect ratio but your settings might not like it.

i might just have to put up with the text being small. :/
it's not getting any bigger and i bet when it does get bigger that it won't look as amazing as it does now.

That should have been a little better but not too much. If you start to go too much lower it does start to look bad.
