PSU help (Dell box)

I bought a cheap box (I was broke) a few months ago which had shitty onboard graphics. I have a new card but the PSU is weak and I want to upgrade. Am I reading this right (I know there can be issues with Dell) and I should be ok with upgrading this? (ATX Compatible?). I have the Inspiron 570 MT AMD Athlon II x4

I think your best bet would be to do some googling and see if anyone has tried to upgrade the PSU for your dell. You could also get measurements of what you have and compare it to a new one, also check the cables.
