Motherboard Driver Issues

So I recently purchased this motherboard here on BG:

ASUS P5N32-E SLI Plus 650i/570 SLI

I installed the chipset drivers via ASUS website under the downloads, but for some reason I can't seem to get my video card to work.

Currently, under Device Manager, I'm getting 3 yellow devices; PCI Device, Video Controller (VGA Compatible), and one that just simply says Unknown.

Any advice as how to get this thing going? I'm fairly technical stupid hence why I'm here. Thanks in advance.

You need to install the drivers for your video card. They won't be on the asus site, but on the ati or nvidia sites depending on your card.
