    You would need a buyer to obtain that money. Considering this site is basically a community forum, it's real value is probably lower than that. Whoever buy this for commercial interest wont be able to make any money out of it.

    The site estimates the price of sale of that particular domain, not the business or company behind it. It's based purely on traffic/cross traffic/webbing.
