Elemental Magic Help

Okay, question to BG here.

I'm currently sitting at 344 Elemental Magic (Iceday) and I was wondering what else I could get to boost it? Current Wishlist looks like this:

Back: Merciful Cape (+5)
Legs: Druid's Slops (+5)
Head: Sorcerer's Pestasos (+10)
Feet: Nashira Crakows (+5)
Earring: Elemental Earring (+3)

Totalling 372 Elemental Magic Skill. My question is this, is there anything better (besides genie weskit) I should be looking for?

I'd maybe get Sorc. Petasos and Merciful Cape., the others are overkill imo. Also, unless you really have a specific need for a full +elemental build, Morrigan's Robe > Genie Weskit

Ah but I <3 Yigit Gages on hands, sure no big +MP return on it but w/ +5 Int and Magic Attk Bonus of 2, for the taru nuker it does the work for me :D Besides I'm on an anti-zenith mitts mood (as I can't craft any HQ's )

For the sake of what? if you already know your damage will be lower and your resist rate negligible why bother? just look at the numbers and say OH HEY 3XX is the highest i could get my ele magic?

I find MahaSlops to be better than Druids. Some people say Errant/Maha Body is better than Weskit as well.

What in the hell would you ever need that much for? The only thing I ever needed tons of Elemental Skill for was nuking Tiamat, which, many LS wont even allow (I was the only one geared for it back in the days XD)

Now I haven't done these goody goody salvage/nyzul things yet, so I don't know how much they resist there, but old school HNM you never needed much elemental skill besides Tiamat. Kirin/gods I could use 340~ and still get resist. Generally is best to balance INT and Skill for best resist rates.

Imo, anything over 320~ on things below Grands level is pointless. Why waste money/inventory space on getting that high?

Buy Genie Pants and other Enfeebling+ things instead =P, Enfeebling skills way more useful than 320+ Elemental to a BLM imo.

But then again i'm a perfectionist and build up full dark magic, enfeebling, hmp, mnd(gogo mnd sets on blm!), hp->mp sets >.>
