Nyzul Head pieces

So has anyone braved the final floors of nyzul isle assault?? Does your disk wipe after the nm dies to prevent people from just spamming head floors?? Anyone got any info at all what happens?? Does the nm only drop 100% of the time if the disk holder is present at the time of death?? Or can he warp out 2/3's of the way into the fight so hes disk isnt clear after the nm dies?? Currently sitting on 4 tags with my nyzul static and most want some kind of findings on floor 100 before we go, any info at all on this would be delicious...
