    Fei'Yin Shadows and Maintainence

    Anyone know if window is open when server goes up, or if it restarts from the 0th hour mark?

    killed PH for 3hrs after maintenance once, no ES popped

    My only kill of the Eastern Shadow ever came about 30 minutes after the servers came back up on the dot. A person in my LS called it right on the dot too before it happened.

    I would yes from camping western; he popped earliest 1hr after latest 5 hrs ish so chance of being open?
