I just tested a bunch of stuff @ lv30 in Promyvion.

90% of it is absolute shit or gives nothing at all. It's worthless, without level capped gear you're basically naked aside from Defense (which most pieces gave moderate amounts of).

Drachen Armet+1 doesn't make healing breath trigger @ 50% when lvl synced to 70 even though that effect is at level 60 on NQ, I guess they just forgot about that.. /grumbles about inv -1

edit: oh and as expected wyrm armet flat out doesn't work

Horribley gimped.

Hauby at 40 is 1str/dex 1atk/1acc. (at 20 u still get the full -5agi) Which isn't that bad considering u only get a +1dex body at that level, but then Bloodbead ring at 58(1 level past BQ ring) only gave +10hp, 4 below it's normal level, only getting 20% of it's effect.

I have no idea how they scale this shit down.

Edit: KO at 58 is +2 all stats aswell.

It looks like SE didn't bother with any "scaling down" of stats.

Just put a hard cap on stats in a given slot, that might or might not increase with higher level, and whatever exceeds it just gets chopped.

I'm inferring this from +3 str and dex at level 70 from osode, and +3 dex from byakkos.

It was never supposed to make high level gear good for low levels. They freaking said the gear would be worse than the proper gear for the level.

They did it exactly as it should have been.

Haven't checked the slow%, but as i said above on KO being extremly shit, i'm sure hecta str is 2, 3 max at around 60. You keep the FULL -stats but i'm not sure if u keep the slow yet. I'm sure someone else will go test that tho.

You don't need to test the slow on heca, they told you exactly what would happen. It's still there and still full strength.
