Need new Power Supply???

Just got this: Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-N975-AR GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Now please, I don't want to hear should have gotten this G-card... blah blah, it's already in the mail otw. Now, my Power Supply says

Output +12V / 19A
MAX POWER
300W

AM I screwed? My comp is only a year and a half old, kinda looking for a price range of -75 for a new Power Supply if needed....suggestions?

It's not a bad card for what he paid....Sure he could have gotten the same performance with the 4830 for a little less money...but meh, if that was his price range, I'd say stick with it.

I'm almost 80% sure you'll need a new power supply.

That HD4850 is only $15 more, it's well worth it imo, that's less than most people spend on lunch these days

I definitely agree, but since he specifically mentioned to not talk about the card, I'd assume someone has already flamed him for it, so trying to make him feel better.

That PSU I suggested would be great for whichever GPU you go with, it's your call.

Yea It looks good, but it really is above my budget. I really don't want to hit passed 75. Really looking for around 50's. If you can find 1 around there thats cool. My comp isn't amazing and other than my 4g's of ram and this new 9800, i don't run anything ut of the ordinary. So really just something basic is what I am looking at.
