I'm trying to reactivate my account and I always get these two messages, usually 60257 and then 5111 after "retrying" a couple of times.

It's very frustrating because my credit card information is correct. Also, while I've been lurking, it seems that some people also have this trouble.

Any solutions? Just wait it out or something?
