Build me Gaming PC. Limit $1500.

Hey, i posted about new PC about 2 months ago, but i finally got my school check so I got to try to figure this out again for a new PC, and im posting again because a lot could of happened in 2 months in the electronics world? lol

The main purpose for the PC is obviously Gaming. The games I play now are FFXI and WOW, the games I will be planning to play is FFXIV, Diablo3, StarCraft2, and maybe a mixture of other games if something else pops up, so I want the best gaming graphics card I can afford. I want a great PC that will run these games on top notch settings and then some. My ideal limit right now is $1500 but it can go above a little if its greatly improving something, and if you are below the limit.. well thanks ha.

I'm not really computer savvy but i understand the basics. Thanks to all that help me, I'm always cautious when I'm spending alot of money so please help me put my mind and ease and build me a sexy ass PC~!

I'll be checking post recently, so If got some questions, I should be able to answer them quick.

I never actually looked at that site.. no bad. Question, I dont know where to look for it but id like a HDMI Outlet on the PC because I want to try hooking it up to my TV and trying that out sometime.. so is the hdmi input on that or what? didnt see it.

Also, having two optical drives really necessary? Also, with the case, there a reason why you chose that one, or just looks? does look badass though lol

Ok, disregard anything from seanr... Ibuypower has got to be the worst prebuilt vendor you can buy from. Go to ecollegepc instead. Please.

Depends what you're snagging at with "best". Best of the crop is Intel. Sufficient and cheaper for budget builds is AMD.

    What's the difference?
What would be the difference if he got those same exact parts from ecollegepc?
    Just curious...

Are you building this yourself? Or do you want a pre-built CPU?

For $1500ish, if you're not getting an i5-750/i7-930 and a HD5850, you're getting ripped off imo.

I can do either or, id prefer pre-built so i dont have to do it and dont want to mess it up.. but i got a friend who can help me build it, so it really doesnt matter which direction I go.

screw it, i broke down and gunna spend extra money for that much better of a PC... hows this? (built it at ecollege).. Main question about this PC is the Motherboard. Its the cheapest ASUS motherboard but i dont know if its decent. Should i spend the extra 40$ and get the next ASUS that has 9xSATA? Also, for a case.. is it the more fans in the case the more Silent the PC is? or will it be louder since more fans are running?

Anything i can get rid of in this build, like the all in one card reader?

    Need a bigger PSU IMO

For that much money, you should be getting at least the 920 CPU.

    Needs more ram IMO

4-6GB is optimal and perfectly fine depending on the use of the machine.

As for the PSU, if you're not going Crossfire (I only see one 5850 listed). You'll be perfectly fine with some headroom.

Last but not least, ditch the Seagate if possible.

Anything but Seagate, anything WD of similar or near equivalence in size that you're looking for?
