Sorry to bump this thread, but the title was vague and I didn't see anywhere else to put this...

...but when Oboro asks for 150 Plutons, Beitetsu, or Riftborn Boulders, he means EXACTLY that -- in other words, it has to be 150 Plutons, or 150 Beitetsu, or 150 Boulders, not any combination of.

I attempted to trade him 149 Boulders, and 1 Beitetsu, and he refused.

That's worth a bump. I was starting to ponder my two half-stacks of Boulders and Beitetsu the other day.

A few other ponderings:
Is the regain on DNC dagger and H2H full-time or only when drawn?
Does the +60 Magic Damage on the COR gun apply to elemental shots? Wildifre?

It applies to both Quick Draw and Wildfire - however, I'm getting better numbers from my Rank 10 Pulfanxa. Wasted mah gilz...

thanks for adding Jse weapons list. was exactly the reason i made the title. also so people could say how good or bad some of the weapons are. so we know if they are worth getting or not

I made the gun and its amazing. The +1 barrage is nice since its not a piece you would swap out for acc like the Orion hands. Going to make the THF dagger next when I get some funds. The NIN one looks decent too if you aren't tanking.

That will largely kinda depend on what you already got especially being if you have 119 rems already

Consider jobs that don't have Relic, like RUN or DNC. That's mostly the answer as to which are totally worth making. Aettir has really carved my RUN into something worth taking everywhere. I'll consider DNC next when empy reforging comes around and it becomes a true deeps monster.

Does the Ninjitsu delay -3 on the katana apply after all other recast reduction and pass the cap? That'd be pretty hawt.

That will largely kinda depend on what you already got especially being if you have 119 rems already

Ive seen Oats Monks Destroy REM users. So i think talking about new weapons is a good thing. made the GA Minos and I like it. Not gonna say if it beats all others but its a decent alternitive

this doesnt tell you anything about the quality of the REM users, considering pritty anyone is walking around with a R or E or M 119

Didn't some expert DNC say that the dagger is worse than Sabebus, Izhiikoh and the Skirmish one?

That says nothing about the weapons themselves though which is what we are discussing. All that says is that oats mnk was either on a better job, better buff, better geared and/or a better player not necessarily that oats is awesomesauce. What is cared about now is if that same player would improve their own dmg if they already have an REM (and yes some do)

I haven't looked into testing recast reduction, but I will say that Shigi's been extremely handy in terms of survivability. With Haste and Marches, you can get Migawari's recast timer down to where it's ready before its status wears off, for example. This has been especially useful in AA's and Tenzen.

Like with what Damane said it all depends if its some idiot with it or someone who knows what they are doing. I've outparsed a Yoichi bow rng on D galka last night with the JSE gun simple because I use a snapshot set and they don't.

Haven't met any of his requirements and cleared a SKCNM10 on difficult. Oboro still ignoring me. Seems only SKCNM20 clears count.

Is the PLD shield (Priwen) a halfway decent alternative for Aegis/Ochain? Or would I be wasting my gil?
