Cursed Subligar -1 HQ rate?

For those that have made this or had it made for them what is the HQ rate? The leather sub is unknown and was curious if its Tier 1 for say 103 bone / 61+3(image support) leather skill. Any tips / suggestions will be highly appreciated.

My first I ever made was HQ and I've only made 3 total or so so I would guess it's tier1.

EDIT: I was 60+1 and 100+3 when I made the HQ.

Damn i'm currently 0/8. Guess I should just stick with it though if I've allready gone this far. I've been trying to synth on Firesday facing SW. Dunno if i'm doing something wrong or just really unlucky. Thanks for the advice.

It's an Earth crystal synth so why your synthing on Firesday and facing SW is beyond me. If you believe in days/directions helping then Windsday SE will give best chances.

Someone did a test a while back with a fairly respectable sample size and there seemed to be a greater HQ chance the day before the day of the crystal than every day except for the day strong to the crystal, but less of a chance of breaking.

Which is why I say to hell with directions, days, etc and craft when I have the ingredients.

Last time I crafted on a full moon I noticed some good skill-ups, though.
